Wednesdays 17:00 to 00:00 → Age Restrictions 18+
Thursdays 17:00 to 00:00 → Age Restrictions 18+
Fridays 17:00 to 05:00 → Age Restrictions 22+
Saturdays 17:00 to 05:00 → Age Restrictions 24+

Does the venue have any special opening/closing days?

We are open before most bank holidays but then closed the following day. For example, we are open New Years' Eve but closed 1st January.

How can I reserve book a table?

You can book a table by filling in the booking form on our website Proud Mary Pub Jyväskylä, send us an email jyvaskyla@proudmarypub.fi or, through Facebook/Instagram.

How can I book a private event at the venue?

You can book events from REKOM Event https://www.rekomevent.fi/

Will I need my ID to get in?

Yes, all our venues require ID.

What forms of ID can I use?

Valid Passport, Valid ID card and Valid driver's license.

Will I get a refund if I am refused entry?

Send us an email with the details including the date, jyvaskyla@proudmarypub.fi

What shall I do if I left an item at the Venue?

Contact us via the Lost and found email, lostandfound.jyvaskyla@proudmarypub.fi

Do you have a dress code?

Feel free to be yourself, but we would like you not to wear tracksuits or sweatsuits or studentoveralls for the evening, unless it has been separately agreed in advance.
For customer safety, in the winter season you should arrive at the restaurant with an outer jacket.

I did not get a refund at my NightPay purchase - what do I do? (staff issue)

We do not have NightPay in Finland.
